Terms of Service for WizPoster

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by WizPoster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We provide AI-powered image processing services and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the service at our sole discretion and at any time.

2. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, store, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose. Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access.

3. Content and Intellectual Property • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and materials you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and modify that content, but only for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing the Service (e.g., generating the effects you request). This license automatically terminates when your content is deleted from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy. • Our Intellectual Property: The WizPoster application—including all related software, algorithms, designs, features, text, graphics, and trademarks—is the proprietary property of WizPoster or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing • Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Fees will be charged to your designated app store account upon purchase confirmation and at the start of each renewal period. • Subscription Management: You are responsible for managing your subscription directly through your device's app store account settings. Cancellations or changes to your subscription must be made within that settings interface. We cannot directly process refunds or manage billing transactions. • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the app store platform you used for your purchase.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use the Service at your sole risk. • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizPoster and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. General Terms • Modifications: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes; your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. • Governing Law and Severability: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of law rules.
